Rudston Community Pub

Fancy running your own pub?

This community of Rudston have just recently saved The Bosville Arms from redevelopment by purchasing and running it as a community pub. We are currently carrying out extensive refurbishments of the Bosville Arms with the help of the local community.

We are now at the stage of recruiting an experienced tenant to run the Bosville Arms for the community. Any interested applicants should read the attached documentation for further information. This is a one off, lifetime opportunity to run a local establishment  and you really should not let it pass you by.

Our Vision

Rudston Community Pub group are leading a campaign to buy the Bosville Arms pub. The vision is to restore the pub into a thriving community owned enterprise serving Rudston and the surrounding area both as a pub and a broader community hub. We are dedicated to creating a warm and inviting gathering space, and an all-inclusive amenity for the community that is the social heart of the village.
